Heartbeat is a universal greeting that is not associated with a particular country or culture. It is a greeting that is acceptable and understandable to all people.

A small gesture, when we tap the chest with our hands, refers to the beating of the human heart. The subsequent opening of the palm then symbolizes the openness with which we approach the meeting.
